Hidden away in the Great Otway National Park, amongst the ferns, myrtle beech and mountain ash, Triplet Falls is a spectacular sight. Accessed via a track that snakes through lush rain forest, past moss covered logs and around ancient mountain ash, a visit to Triplet Falls will help revive even the most weary of souls.

I arrived at Triplet Falls after several days of heavy rain, to find a swollen Young Creek flowing over all three of the fall's cascades. The light was beautifully soft, offering perfect conditions for photography under the rainforest canopy. As I set up my camera, the rain returned, falling gracefully through the foliage of the forest around me. After several hours, the rain cleared allowing me to record the beauty of this special scene.
